A little room?

    what is the function of surau? what is the main highlight, the function of surau?
i came across this question a while ago, when i was about to perform my Zohor.


   surau has a very small space. but the number of people who goes in and out is quite big. especially when they have classes, and mosque is quite far. today, i prayed in the surau. because today, there are a big number of people performing Friday Prayer at the mosque. i was quite upset when i was there. more people sleep then praying. no, thats not the reason why i'm upset. its because there's only a little room to pray! i mean, its like sleeping is the priority!

   i dont really blame them. everyone knows how to feel tired. i do. its not like i never slept in the surau.of course they need to sleep. but i hope the authorities do something about this. make the room bigger. and they who sleep, i think, should consider those who wants to pray.

   i'm complaining, yes. but i know everyone has their own reason, yes. and i dont really blame anyone. what i am looking for is alternatives, yeah..so that everybody will feel comfortable.
